English violin by W.E. Pennington
An English violin by W E Pennington, labelled Liverpool 1964, I can not find any record of this maker although his label says maker and exhibitor, quite nicely made with a good quality varnish, strong tone to play in and establish, a good opportunity to obtain a hand made English violin.
